Property Details

Luxury first floor apartment in the Selwo Hills development situated between Marbella and Estepona, walking distance to the beach and close to numerous golf courses.

The large Living Room is attractively furnished with two leather couches and dining furniture for six people. There is a 28" wide-screen television with satellite channels, a dvd player with lots of films and a portable stereo radio/cassette/cd player with numerous cds. There are patio doors opening onto the large south-west facing Main Terrace which is furnished with sun loungers and a dining table with six chairs.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a good quality English mattress, ample fitted wardrobes and drawers, 14" TV, clock-radio, hairdryer and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath and separate shower cubicle. There is a door from the Master Bedroom opening onto the Main Terrace.

The Second Bedroom has twin beds with good quality English mattresses, fitted wardrobes and drawers, 14" TV, clock-radio, hairdryer and a separate bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bidet and bath with shower.

The well equipped Kitchen has its own east-facing terrace overlooking the tropical gardens and swimming pool and there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The apartment has marble floors, full hot and cold air-conditioning, free standing fans and heaters and roll down shutters at the windows.

There is underground parking with a lift to all floors.

There is a gym on site as well as a sauna and games room with table tennis and table football.

Because we regularly use this apartment ourselves we have provided everything you could possibly need to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday.

Area Description

Our apartment is situated in the Selwo area between San Pedro and Estepona and is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Andalucian countryside, with its many white villages.
The Selwo Adventure Park is a couple of minutes away and there is an Aqua Park and an Equestrian centre both less than 15 minutes drive. The nearest beach is within walking distance and has a great chiringito (beach bar/restaurant). The Costa del Sol is renowned for its numerous golf courses and our apartment is close to Los Flamingos, El Paraiso, Atalaya and Guadalmina golf courses as well as many others within 20 minutes driving distance. There are also tennis and bowls clubs very near by.
Restaurants, local shops and the beach are only a few minutes drive away and an excellent Spanish restaurant within walking distance.
The jet-set port of Puerto Banus and the pretty mountain village of Benhavis are both only 10 minutes by car from the apartment. To the east is the city of Marbella, with its wonderful shops and restaurants, and to the west Estepona and Gibraltar, all well worth visiting.
